Tip # 21: Taking Photos That Say WOW!

It’s easy to take a photo. It’s more challenging to take a photo that says WOW! But it doesn’t have to be. Follow these three basic guidelines and you’re on your way to taking great pictures.

Clear subject:

Can your friends figure out what the subject is? It might be a specific person or object. It might be a story. Or it might represent a theme such as friendship.

Focus Attention:

When your friends look at your photo, are they immediately drawn to the subject? This is achieved in a number of ways and will be the topic of the next eight tips. Shutter speed and depth of field can also be used to focus attention on the subject.

Simplify:

If too much is going on in the photo, it’ll be difficult to figure out the subject. Again, shutter speed and depth of field can play a role here.

In the above picture, you can see how I’ve incorporated all three guidelines to highlight this teen’s natural beauty.

Hey!! How are you?

Oh, my English is not far better… Now they will do the two following ones simultaneously, and I hope that they follow a little the style of the first film and two books. I hope that all this is for good, but it gives pain me.
